Tanner Brammeier is the Head Electrical Building Engineer for the Subaru Indiana Automotive Plant in Lafayette, IN. Tanner manages the monitoring and maintaining of the plant's electrical system and supervises/designs any new electrical projects at the plant.

Paul Schmidbauer

Compliance Manager - TAPCO

Paul Schmidbauer is the Compliance Manager at TAPCO. In his role, he is responsible for safety regulatory compliance within the organization. Paul has led a number of organizations in lean practice and safety over the past 30 years.

Patrick Callahan

General Counsel - TAPCO

Patrick Callahan is General Counsel to TAPCO. In his role, he is responsible for all legal and regulatory compliance matters affecting TAPCO. As former in-house counsel for a national insurance company, Patrick learned early on the positive impact a robust workplace safety culture can have on business performance and, when lacking, the crippling insurance premiums that result.
