Our preferred clinic is a full spectrum medical care provider with 25 years of experience in health care. Locations are in West Allis and Sussex. Benefits of this program include personalized care, 24/7 online appointment scheduling, and no copay. Eligibility for this benefit is for those who elect our medical insurance plan.
