What systems include Smart Hub?

Smart Hub is available for the Smart Crosswalk Portfolio, Smart School Zone and Curve Warning — plus, 24/7 BlinkerSign®. All of these systems ship with a Smart Controller, ready to connect.

How is Smart Hub different than BlinkLink®?

Smart Hub brings the benefits of connectivity to more traffic systems with more features that improve remote visibility to more system attributes.

What happens if I have a BlinkLink® subscription already?

Most legacy BlinkLink® systems and subscribers will automatically be visible in the new Smart Hub platform. Any existing subscriptions will be able to use Smart Hub for no additional fees.

What if I have older systems that I would like to connect to Smart Hub?

Retrofit kits are available to upgrade the cabinet and controllers

What if I don’t like Smart Hub and want to cancel?

Any Smart Hub compatible system comes with a one-year, free trial of Smart Hub, including all features of the software.

A TAPCO system is not on our approved product list, what do I do now?

TAPCO systems are listed on over 40 APLs across the country. Smart Hub systems are also FCC approved and meet most state requirements. Talk with your TAPCO representative to get help with adding a system/product to an APL.

What if I have an existing preventative maintenance contract?

Existing preventative maintenance contract holders who buy a new qualifying Smart Hub system will receive a subscription for that system for the term of the existing maintenance contract. All new preventative maintenance contracts will include Smart Hub.

Does Smart Hub integrate with anything else?

Smart Hub can be integrated via APIs into third party software on an ad-hoc basis. This may require production time and costs, but there are options available.
