This versatile, spring-mounted signage system is ideal for a wide variety of applications, including radius/curves, medians, merging lanes and for channelizing.

This NCHRP 350 compliant traffic device is constructed of highly durable polyethylene, and is solid color throughout for high visibility. It is available in yellow or white.

Other colors are available by special order: minimum quantities will apply.

Each curb section measures 40" long, and is equipped with one Quick Release anchor that will accept any device on the following page. The system is designed to allow upright installation/replacement in less than 5 seconds. End caps measure 18" long and should be used at the beginning and end of installation. Uniquely designed ribs underneath curb are engineered to transfer load to the road, eliminating stress on the mounting hardware. There are no scuppers to catch debris and impede water flow. Simply place curbing 1/2" to 1" apart to allow for natural water flow; increase gap if grade and resulting water flow warrants.

Two 3M™ Raised Pavement Markers, standard on each curb section, form a continuous visual line for motorists to follow in dark conditions. In addition, we recommend a tubular marker, delineator or sign be installed on each section for maximum visibility for motorists. A wide variety of NCHRP 350 approved uprights are available to choose from.

Fixed base for Quick Release (1636-13)

This interchangeable system can be modified to become almost any kind of channelizing device so it eliminates the need for a different base for each device. It features a unique reactive spring that flexes on impact, then returns the delineator to upright position. These devices may be ordered alone or with the following base configurations:

Fixed Base System
The Fixed Base System allows you to attach any of the devices shown below to a surface-mounted base using the four allen-head cap screws. The base can be affixed with epoxy or butly pad, ordered separately. Order the Quick Release option if you want easy removal or replacement of delineators.

Portable One-Base System
The Portable One-Base System is a detachable rubber base that allows you to easily transport the system to and from non-permanent applications. Parts can be detached and stacked to save space, and for easy transport.

Quick-Release Feature
The Quick-Release feature, standard with the One-Base and available on the Fixed Base, allows you to change delineators quick and easy by pulling a spring-loaded pin and twisting the delineator to remove it from the base.

To Order Bases Separately:
Order Fixed, Fixed with Quick Release, and Portable One- Bases separately using the table at right. The Keeper Pin is required for both Quick-Release Bases, so be sure to order one with each base ordered.
