Octagon Luminaires
The King & Queen Hold Court
Mounted on concrete or aluminum poles, the Octagon King and Queen are both attention-getters. They are available in bracket-mounted and post-top models, and are optimally mounted on 10'-16' poles, spaced 50'-100' apart.
The Knight Light
The Octagon Knight model has its own distinct style, with a smaller, slimmer profile. It is well-suited for residential settings, and complements the large-sized models for municipal and commercial applications.
The Knight has a different base than the King and Queen models, and is typically mounted onto a 3" wide pole, shown on the next page. It is also available as a wallmounted fixture in the Wall Mount Luminaire
section, so you can create a matching streetscape with both types of mounts.

When incandescent or fluorescent models are ordered, the King, Queen and Knight models are fitted with standard medium lamp sockets: procure bulbs from any hardware, department or lighting store.
The King and Queen can also be ordered with metal halide, high pressure sodium or mercury vapor lights: these models are fitted with heavy-duty mogul bases and include the corresponding bulb.

A Wide Base is required when used with the capitals to
mount to: Concrete Pole Model 600 Series, as well as 710, 713, 715, 1400 & 1600 (base is welded to light). The wide base is optional when used w/Pole Models 712 & 714. 4-3/4" tall, 7" bottom I.D., 4.8 lbs. |

The standard pole-top assemblies are painted 60% gloss Vulcan Black with a cracked ice polycarbonate lens. Choose either Capital #35 or Capital #53.
Both mount onto a 3" O.D. pole. Refer to the Poles pages to order a matching Round or Fluted 3" pole.
