These barricades are constructed of hollow molded plastic for internal ballasting with 10 lbs. of sand (5 lbs per side). All the ballasting weight goes directly to the bottom of the barricade, which makes them stable in the wind, yet easier to knock over without damage to the barricade. Sandbags may also be added.
