An adjustable clutch allows you to set the tension of your application tape. This tension assures smooth and consistent release of your tape and makes it easy for you to handle. Each Shaft System includes two steel single shaft end supports, two steel 4" C-clamps, one steel shaft assembly with clutch and plastic 3" core plugs. Tape and table not included.
