Channel Aides are the perfect solution, and are ADA compliant and compatible with our 3, 4 and 5-channel guards and is lightweight modular ADA ramp that requires no tools for installation.
The Channel Aid features a gentle slop ramp with a slip resistant surface providing a safe crossing point for wheelchairs, carts and other small wheeled vehicles. These aids provide additional cable channels while providing a continuous, level crossing surface for vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and at the same time does not prevent accessibility to said cables.
All channel units are 36"W x 21.88"L and 2"H. They have a load capacity of 10,500 lbs./tire, 21,000 lbs/axle.
