ValueCard is a rechargeable card access system that can be used as a monthly access or debit card with assigned units of value, time, number of uses, or dollar amount - or as a combination access/debit card. Standard SST paper tickets or plastic coated cards may be created with prepaid values at any cashiering station. The ValueCard System allows you to create passes on-site for monthly passes, debit cards, voucher tickets, discount tickets, special event tickets and proprietary prepay tickets.

It allows your clientele to prepay parking passes programmed by total time purchased, total dollar value purchased or total number of uses. Customers can use it as a monthly card or as a prepay debit card. The visual display enables the patron to verify transactions and monitor their remaining balance.

As an on-line card access system, ValuePass can be used as a monthly card or as a debit card with an assigned value. This stored value can be marketed as units of time, dollar value, and/or number of uses.
