ENTRYWAY SIGNAGE

A great sign can communicate a message and create a lasting impression. From design through construction, TAPCO can assist in creating great entryways and related signs. Substrates include: High Density Urethane (HDU), Redwood and Solid Surface (including corian).

High Density Urethane (HDU)

HDU is the fastest growing substrate in the industry, featuring long life durability in a great finished product. Signs are sandblasted or routed, sealed, primed and hand painted with the finest paint and enamel available.

Features: Will not warp, split or crack and  unaffected by temperature. 100% waterproof and highly chemical resistant with a 10 Year substrate warranty.

Redwood

The timeless look of carved redwood is enhanced by our thirteen-step process in constructing these classic signs. First, select heart grain redwood is chosen for each sign. Each sign is built from dimensional lumber that is over 11 inches wide, giving our signs the wonderful carved pattern associated with redwood. Three seal coats applied prior to carving ensure a long lasting enamel base. Each sign is primed and background painted with the finest latex paints available. All text and graphics are painted by hand using industrial enamels.

Solid Surface

This cabinet surface product has made large inroads into the signage market. Offering a wide range of colors and textures along with a lifetime of durability, the use of this substrate continues to grow. We can construct signs with dimensional graphics and text added to the solid surface, inlay the graphics and text into the substrate, or route and paint. Contact TAPCO with your specific needs.
