Lap Splice™ Breakaway System

The simplest and easiest to use breakaway system. The Lap Splice is a ground mounted, bolted-based breakaway system. Nesting and bolting the top post to the bottom post takes just minutes. Just two special bolts and a bar spacer (with threaded holes) are needed to join the top post to the base post.

Fiberglass Square Posts

These all fiberglass fire retardant, square posts are available in 20 foot lengths and can easily be cut to any length.

The outer pole is 2" across while the smaller post is 1.75". They offer a breakaway advantage to avoid vehicle damage but are not true breakaway in that they might not be replaceable after knockdown.

The posts can be drilled by TAPCO for an additional charge for ready installation.
