SwingRiser is a double leaf biparting hydraulic swing gate operator. Its locking pin engages automatically as the operator gently lowers the gate(s) four inches at end of cycle. When opening, the gate rises four inches before it begins to swing, then continues to gracefully rise another eight inches as it swings to full open. The lift over the full rotation is twelve inches, and raises the gate over terrain inclines, curbs, snow or other obstacles.
