GENERAL ORDERING INFORMATION

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Subject to credit approval by TAPCO, standard terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. Due to the length of the credit approval process, payment for an initial order by cash, charge card or C.O.D. is recommended to ensure timely delivery. Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Orders received from past due accounts will not be processed until existing balances are paid.

SHIPPING
All items are F.O.B. factory unless otherwise noted in this catalog or quoted in writing.

RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE
Upon receipt of your order, check all merchandise carefully. Watch for any item:

All claims for shortages or damaged products must be filed with the delivering carrier within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Claim's for loss of damage and resulting transportation charges must not be deducted from our invoice. If any discrepancies are found, note them in writhing on the carrier delivery ticket and on your copy of the delivery ticket and on your copy of the delivery ticket. Be sure the driver signs both copies acknowledging the discrepancy and notify us immediately. Should you discover any hidden damage after delivery, please contact the delivering carrier immediately and request that an inspection report be completed.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION
There is a 30-day limit on returns. No merchandise may be returned without a return authorization number. Goods returned without authorization will be refused and returned at the sender's expense. Should a return be authorized, the merchandise must be carefully packaged to ensure that it reaches us in new condition. Credit cannot be given for merchandise returned in damaged condition due to improper packing. A minimum of 15% will be applied to all returned orders as a restocking charge. Custom orders cannot be returned.

All signs are manufactured with Engineer Grade sheeting on aluminum unless otherwise specified.

Orders for non-standard signs and street name signs must be faxed or mailed with specifications in writing to ensure the desired results are achieved. Standard signs are considered to be those illustrated in black in this catalog, and speed limit signs with standard speed. Additional charges will be applied to all other signs with gray numerals and/ or symbols. We will be happy to provide quotes on any non-standard requirement you may have. Non-standard signs are not returnable.
