New Crosswalk Signs Installed On Market Street In Harrisburg

Solar LED crosswalk signs have been installed on Market Street in Harrisburg. They were installed nearly eight months to the day after the tragic death of 8-year-old Owen Brezitski. He was struck and killed in front of Bishop McDevitt High School on St. Patrick's Day. The move to improve the safety of that area of Market Street was driven by the Brezitski family. The family used donations to a non-profit charity called Owen's Foundation.
