or for application of reflective
sheeting), radiused and hole
punched according to FHWA
standards unless specified
otherwise.
Ordering
PLEASE SPECIFY:
1. Dimensions: ALWAYS Width first,
then Height second;
2. Thickness: see chart for
availability of size desired
(call for other sizes);
3. Finish: Standard aluminum
finish, one or two-sided
baked enamel finish, and
one- or two- sided
reflective sheeting.
Custom sizes, radii and hole
punching are also available.
Wood Blanks
All wood sign blanks are cut
from 1⁄2" Medium Density
Overlay (MDO) or 1⁄2" and 5⁄8"
High Density Overlay (HDO)
double-sided plywood with
square corners and no holes.
Both have excellent outdoor
properties. Available in sizes up
to 4' x 8'.
Corrugated Plastic
Corrugated Plastic Sign Blanks are a lightweight, low cost
substrate. They’re a good
alternative for temporary
signage. They are available in a
wide variety of sizes and
thicknesses. Please call us with
